It decodes flashes used in the PGM-FI system's diagnostic mode and provides links to helpful websites in order to assist the user in fixing problems indicated. While this application has only been tested with Rover 600 cars, it might also be of use to owners of Honda cars based on the same engine (UK Spec Accords, from 93 - 99)
